Player Eligibility and Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate or additional accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where we identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close the duplicate accounts, void any associated balances or bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that only one account exists in your name.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We accept no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. Bonuses, Wagering, and Withdrawals

Where a bonus is activated on your account, it is subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the combined value of the bonus amount and any free spin winnings before any withdrawal can be processed. The minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is £20. A maximum bet of £5 per spin applies while a bonus is active, and the bonus remains valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold of £20. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 0 to 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any verification checks. We reserve the right to carry out additional identity or payment verification before releasing funds, and withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: operating multiple accounts, engaging in collusion with other players, exploiting software errors or technical faults for financial gain, and using automated tools or scripts to interact with the site. Where we determine that prohibited conduct has occurred, we may immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void balances and bonuses, and report the matter to the relevant authority where required.

We are licensed and regulated by the Anjouan Gaming Authority under licence number ALSI-202509029-FI1. These terms are governed by the policies of that authority.
